The idea of Permanent Solutions Direct came about from a conversation Lisa had at a dinner party late in 2004, when she came to the conclusion that the obstacles that had been put in the way of setting up a recruitment business for several years previously were no longer valid!
As it was now viable to give the commitment the business would need, she decided that her knowledge and experience of the recruitment industry, together with her understanding of the rarely satisfied expectations of candidates and clients alike, should finally be utilised to its full potential.
After a lot of hard work, tenacity and optimism, in early 2005 Permanent Solutions Direct was born.
