Caroline Grant – HR Consultant

Caroline joined us in July 2011 as a Resourcer for our HR division, and was quickly promoted to HR Consultant in January 2012. She has extensive experience of recruitment and HR working as an in house recruiter over the last 7 years for large retail organisations such as Homebase, Harrods and Ann Summers. With responsibility for the provision of a full recruitment process to these retailers, Caroline brings a comprehensive set of skills to Permanent Solutions Direct, including experience in HR administration, undertaking competency interviews and managing assessment centres. She is qualified in personality profiling and has a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of both clients and candidates. Holding a Certificate is Personnel Practice; she is enthusiastic and motivated to offer the best possible service and brings a unique dynamism to the team.
Loves: Spending time with her daughter, horse riding and retail therapy!
