Emma Packer – Finance and Administration Manager
Emma joined the team in 2007 as a Recruitment Coordinator. Prior to joining Permanent Solutions Direct, Emma spent 17 years working for British Airways, 11 of which were spent as a Training and Development Manager. In the last year, in line with the growth of the company, Emma has been promoted to Finance and Administration Manager.
As part of her role Emma is responsible for administering our candidate online skills testing system, Proveit, and our personality profiling tool Facet 5 as well as organising our seminars and school careers events.
Loves: laughing, long walks on cold days, sharing the Pinot with Lisa!
