Lisa has worked within the recruitment industry for over 20 years, progressing in her career from Consultant to Regional Manager during the 12 years spent with the Vedior (now Randstad) Group. In this time she specialised in both the Commercial and HR sectors throughout Surrey and Sussex.
During this time working for Select Appointments Lisa was responsible for winning two of their first managed service contracts, working on-site to service clients with a weekly temporary workforce in excess of 200. In addition she achieved the Most Improved Office and Special Award for Excellence accolades in recognition of her passion and commitment to service standards.
Lisa then spent three years working as an HR Manager within both the manufacturing and public sectors, before setting up Permanent Solutions Direct in 2005. This familiarity with generalist HR has equipped her with an even greater understanding of our candidate’s experience and client’s requirements, which she brings to her current role as head of the HR division within the business.
In 2009 Lisa won the Eileen Simpson Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Industry at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards.
